Pathways to Permanent
Residency
A Student Visa does not automatically lead to permanent residence. However, after completing studies, graduates may be eligible for:

Temporary Graduate Visa (subclass 485)
Allows work for 2–6 years depending on qualifications and location.

Skills in Demand Visa
After securing an employer sponsor and meeting salary/occupation requirements.

Permanent Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186)
With qualifying work experience and a sponsoring employer.
Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS 186)
ENS 186 — Permanent Residency via Employer Nomination

The ENS 186 is a permanent residency visa for skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian employer. With streams including the Temporary Residence Transition (TRT) stream and the Direct Entry (DE) stream, we help both employers and employees find the right path to permanency.
If your employee is currently on a 482 visa, the TRT stream allows them to transition to permanent residency after working with you for the required period. We’ll manage the nomination, skills assessment coordination (if required), and the visa application.
Regional Visas (491 / 191 / 494)
Regional Visa Pathways — 491, 191 & 494

Regional Australia offers significant visa opportunities for both skilled individuals and employers. The Skilled Work Regional visa (491) offers a pathway to permanent residency through the 191 visa, and the Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional visa (494) allows businesses in regional areas to sponsor skilled workers.
We help individuals understand regional visa requirements, identify nominating states and territories, and build strong applications. For regional employers, we guide you through the 494 sponsorship and nomination process from start to finish.
