Not sure where to start?

Migration can feel complicated, especially when you’re trying to understand which pathway may be available to you.

Our initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your circumstances, identify potential migration options, and understand the next steps that may be relevant to your situation.

We’ll ask questions, listen to your goals, and provide professional migration advice based on the information available at the time of your consultation.

Whether you’re exploring your options, planning your next visa, or dealing with a more complex migration matter, the consultation is a good place to start.

Come prepared with your questions. We’ll help you make sense of your options.

Consultation Policy

Purpose

This policy establishes the guidelines and terms under which initial consultations are provided by Visa Hub Tech.

Consultation Services

  • Initial consultations generally last approximately 30–60 minutes and are intended for general migration advice and fact-finding. If you have specific topics or concerns you would like to focus on during the consultation, please discuss these with the RMA beforehand.

  • These consultations are not document review services, and no official document checklists will be provided.

  • The advice given is based solely on the hypothetical scenario and information provided by the service user.

  • No guarantees or assurances are made regarding visa eligibility, approval, or the success of any application.

  • Visa Hub Tech may refer service users to other professionals or services if it is determined that more specialised assistance is required.

  • Consultations are conducted via phone, video conference, or in person, as agreed upon.

  • Free discovery consultations are limited to general discussions on migration topics and may not include detailed assessments or personalized visa pathway recommendations.

  • If a more thorough evaluation is required, Visa Hub Tech may recommend a paid consultation or additional services.

    Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Service users are encouraged to reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice by emailing enquiries@visahub.tech

  • If Visa Hub Tech cancels a consultation, an alternative appointment will be offered. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the consultation may be cancelled.

  • If the agent is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, service users will have the option to reschedule or cancel with a full refund (if applicable).

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.

  • Service users who do not agree with or choose not to follow this policy may cancel their consultation or choose not to proceed with booking.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • All personal information shared during consultations is treated with strict confidentiality.

  • Visa Hub Tech does not share service user information with third parties unless explicit consent is provided or disclosure is required by law.

  • Service users are responsible for safeguarding their own sensitive documents and should only share necessary details.

     Limitation of Liability

  • The advice provided during consultations is based entirely on the information supplied by the service user. Visa Hub Tech does not verify the accuracy or completeness of any details or documentation.

  • Visa Hub Tech and its Registered Migration Agent are not responsible for any losses, delays, or unfavorable outcomes resulting from:

  • Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the service user.

  • Changes in migration laws, policies, or regulations after the consultation.

  • The discretionary nature of visa decision-making by the Australian government.

  • Service users are strongly advised to independently verify all information provided during consultations before making any immigration-related decisions.

No Obligation for Further Services

  • This policy applies only to the initial consultation and does not create any obligation for service users to engage Visa Hub Tech for further services.

  • If the service user wishes to proceed with additional assistance, a separate service agreement will be required.

Policy Review & Updates

  • Visa Hub Tech reserves the right to update or modify this policy as needed to align with business practices, Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.

  • Service users are encouraged to review the latest version of this policy before booking or attending the consultation.
